Adeline Moffet

Adeline Moffet, 99, passed away September 10. 2016.

Born in Gallitzin, Pennsylvania, Adeline had lived in North Hill area for most of her life.  She was a member of Blessed Trinity Parish. Adeline was a member of Castel D. Sangro Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her husband Fred F.; sisters, Emma and Mary; and brothers, Sam and Bob.

Adeline is survived by her daughters, Lorraine (Gene) Lunieski of Kent and Adrienne (Dominic) Sanzone of Rootstown; son, Fred (Judy) Moffet of Michigan; grandchildren, Dean (Theresa), Kris (Todd), Gregg (Tina), Eric (Denise), Jeff (Kim), Janice (Michael), Michael (Amy), Kari, (Eric), Christine (Leroy), and Michael; 15 great grandchildren; brother, Jim (Lucy) Yacobucci of California, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 16, 2016 at Blessed Trinity Parish, 300 E. Tallmadge Ave., Akron with Rev. Joseph Warner officiating.

Visitation will be 10 until 11 a.m. Friday at the church.

The family would like to thank the staff at Altercare of Brimfield for their loving, compassionate care for our mother.
