Anthony Petrosino

Anthony Petrosino, age 57, passed away suddenly August 4, 2017. Born in Tallmadge, Ohio, he lived in Tallmadge and Akron most of his life.

He graduated from Tallmadge High School in 1978 and delighted in helping his father and mother, Alfonso Petrosino and Camille (Ninni) Petrosino at North Akron Typewriter on E. Cuyahoga Falls Avenue. In 1981, Anthony Petrosino graduated from The University of Akron with a degree in Business Administration. He continued his career as a licensed real estate sales agent and independent contractor for over 20 years. He lived life with enthusiasm and was passionate about his work. He achieved multimillion dollar sales volumes and his clients respected his expert knowledge regarding real estate and his exceptional professionalism. Distinguished achievements include the Akron Area Board of Realtors (AABOR) Sales Achievement Award and the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Sales Club Award since 1998.

Preceded in death by his parents Alfonso and Camille (Ninni) Petrosino.

He is survived by his loving son, Adam Petrosino, of Tallmadge, Ohio, along with numerous extended family, friends, and colleagues.

The family will receive friends from 4 – 8p.m. Friday, August 18, 2017, at Donovan Funeral Home; 17 Southwest Avenue (on the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 19, 2017 at St. Anthony’s Parish; 83 Mosser Place, Akron Ohio 44310 with Father Ed Burba officiating.

Interment will be at Tallmadge Cemetery, Tallmadge Ohio.
