Angela M. Haubiel

Angela M. Haubiel, 82, passed away March 25, 2024.

Born in Akron, Angela had lived in the Akron area for most of her life.  She retired in 2014 from Chapel Hill Mall after ten years of service.  Angela was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church.  She was super proud of her grandsons and great-granddaughters and loved going out to eat at new and fun places.  She was always willing to lend a hand.  She enjoyed music, fashion, bus trips, and traveling.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Perrine Musci, and brothers-in-law, Larry Musci and Ernest DiPierro, and her first husband, Richard Arkenburg.

Angela is survived by her husband, James; sons, Rick (Tonya) Arkenburg and Robert (Antoinette) Arkenburg; grandsons, Aaron (Angie), Roberto, and Dominic; great-grandchildren, Aria and Alia; sister, Joann DiPierro, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be 4 until 8 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2024 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge).

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at Our Lady of Victory Church, 73 North Ave., Tallmadge with Father Michael Matusz officiating. The Funeral Mass will be livestreamed on Our Lady of Victory’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/ourladyofvictorychurchtallmadge/.

Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
