Howard Myers Obituary

Howard Wald Myers, 78, of Akron, Ohio and Castine Maine grumbling fervently departed this life’s journey on February 21, 2018.

Real Estate was a challenge providing a working career.

His community service and support of many organizations was fulfilling.

The frustration realizing there is never enough time to do all the things you want in a lifetime was extremely aggravating.

Life is a fantastic experience that ends too soon!

He will miss all his family, his life’s special partner and friends with the hope they will celebrate the relationships he cherished in their own special ways.

His passion was for yachting, fishing, traveling, and spending time in Castine, Maine.

Preceded in death by his parents, Forrest Donald Myers and Marian Helen Conner Myers.

Howard is survived by his daughter, Kim Ann (Myers) Madison; grandchildren, Conner, Aubrey and Bailey Madison; sister, Lucy Jane (Myers) Webster; brother, Albert Edwin Myers and wife Patricia; sister, Vivian Martha (Myers) Harig and husband Jack, and good friend, Richard Madison.

He will dearly miss the love of his devoted life’s special partner, Paula R. Chesser, who tolerated a long and exasperating relationship.

Cremation has taken place.

Howard invites you to his life celebration to share your stories, experiences and laughter with his family and friends at Portage Country Club, 240 N. Portage Path, Akron, OH 44303, Friday March 2, 2018 from 4:30 until 6:30 p.m.
