John Stanley Bond, III

On December 1, 2018, John S. Bond broke many hearts when he passed away at the age of 46.

Born in Akron, John had lived in Tallmadge for most of his life.  He graduated from Tallmadge High school in 1991 and attended classes at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Florida.  John enjoyed many sports including his darts league and helping on the field at the Tallmadge High School football games.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Dow Bond and sister, Lori Fairweather.

John is survived by his parents, Kitty and Steve Miesiak of Tallmadge; sister, Shelley (Chuck) Shea of Bath; brother, James D. (Vanessa) Bond of Toronto, Canada, plus many other relatives. He will also be lovingly remembered by many others as a treasured friend.

Visitation will be 5 until 7 p.m. Friday, December 7, 2018 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle) and also one hour prior to the service on Saturday.

Funeral Services will be 12 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the funeral home with Pastor Isaac Van Epps officiating.

Interment will take place at Tallmadge Cemetery.
