Angelina (Recco) Cambria

Gigi passed into the arms of her Lord on September 22, 2016. She was born in Akron and lived most of her life in Cuyahoga Falls.

She loved to cook for everyone. Gigi enjoyed her flowers, dancing and shopping. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend.  Gigi was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, Carovillese Club, Eagles, Sons of Herman and Dean Heights. Gigi enjoyed a long and wonderful 94 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mariano and Jennie Recco; husband, Joseph; grandchildren, Debbie Vanaman,Shelly Patterson, Troy Burns; siblings, Sam Recco, Frank Recco, Helen Pircio and Sally Semilla.

Gigi is survived by her children, Pauline (Larry) Burns, Joanne (Gary) Grim, Nancy (Wayne) Vanaman, Donna (Dave) Morrison, Joe (Miki) Cambria; her many grandchildren and their children; brother, Harold Recco and sister, Marian DeBona.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice 3743 Boettler Oaks Dr. Green Ohio, 44685 or  Gardens of Western Reserve 9975 Greentree Pkwy., Streetsboro, Oh 44241.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Interment will be at Northlawn Memorial Park.
