Ann Joan DiAntonio                                                         (Mansueto)

Ann J. DiAntonio, 96, passed away at home on September 23, 2018.  She was born July 21, 1922 in Vandergrift, PA to the late Paul and Judy Mansueto.  She resided on North Hill in Akron for the last 75 years.  Ann was a devoted and loving wife and mother who always put the needs of others above her own.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Bittcher; brothers, Samuel and Eugene Mansueto.  She is survived by her husband of 71 years, John; daughter, Patricia; sons, Ron and Dave (Danette); and grandson, Rick (Oriana); as well as many other family and friends.

The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to Visiting Angel Sharlene Williams for the excellent care she provided to Ann for the last three years.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 A.M., Friday, at Blessed Trinity Parish, 300 E. Tallmadge Ave., Akron.  Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.  Friends will be received from 5-7 P.M., Thursday, at Hennessy Funeral Home, 552 N. Main St., Akron (corner of York and Main).
