Anna Cappabianca, 86, went home to be with the Lord January 22, 2017.

She was born in North Hill where she lived all of her life.  She was the wife of Joseph Cappabianca, mother of five, grandmother of seven and a dedicated homemaker.  As a devote catholic, she was a lifelong member of St. Anthony Parish.  As a prayer warrior, she prayed her rosary daily.  Many of you were included regularly.

She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph, her parents Rosa and Pasquale, her son Andrew and her grandson Raymond.  Anna is survived by her son, Steven (Jeff) Cappabianca, daughter, Joanne (David) Conti, daughter, Laura Cappabianca, son, Vince (Jill) Cappabianca; sister, Virginia Lewis; brother, Pasquale Ricciardi; and grandchildren, David, Brian, Maria, Morisa, Giovanna and Vittorio.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 am Tuesday, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 83 Mosser Place, Akron.  Burial will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.  Friends will be received from 4 to 8 pm Monday at Hennessy Funeral Home (corner of York and Main) 552 N. Main St. Akron.
