Annie Mary Sullivan

Annie Mary Sullivan, 93, passed away September 10, 2020.

Born in Birmingham, Alabama Annie had lived in Akron since she was 18 years of age.  She was the owner of Ann Sullivan's Beauty Shop for over 50 years retiring in 2014.  Annie was a member of Akron Bethel Seventh Day Adventist Church where she was a Deaconess.  She enjoyed traveling, sewing, crocheting, knitting, cooking, puzzles, cosmetology conventions and studying her Bible and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wash and Hannah Stephenson; husband, Wilson Sullivan; sons, Wilson T. Sullivan, Jr. and Larry T. Sullivan; sister, Barbara Thomas; brothers, W. Travis Stephenson and Bertrum B. Stephenson.

Annie is survived by her daughters, Ordrian Sullivan of Akron; sons, Jeffrey (Pat) Sullivan of Akron and Darrell L. (Marquita) Sullivan of Maryland; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sisters, Louise (Jimmy) Frederick of Elyria, Alverna M. Matthews of Springfield Township, Stephanie (Marlin) Hopson of Akron; brother, Billy Stephenson of Lorain.
