Barbara (Woodford) Lane

Barbara Lane, 77, passed away January 1, 2022.

Born in Akron, Barbara had lived in the Tallmadge area all of her life. She graduated from Tallmadge High School. Barbara retired from Sam Winer Motors, where she was an accounting clerk.  She was a member of The New Apostolic Church, where she sang in the choir and arranged flowers. Barbara's passions were gardening and cooking.  She was dedicated to her friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Lane; parents Andrew and Wanda Woodford; and brother, Wesley Woodford.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Kimberly (Mark) Hussing of Tallmadge; son, James (Courtney) Lane of Hudson; grandchildren, Tyler Helderman, Nick Hussing, Katie Hussing, Wes Lane, Will Lane, and Harper Lane; sister, Norma Martin of Florida.

Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The New Apostolic Church, in care of 464 S. Ridgecliff St., Tallmadge, OH 44278.
