Bessie Lorkowski

Bessie Lorkowski, 88, passed away April 5, 2017. Born in Akron, she had lived in Tallmadge since 1959.

Bessie was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church and enjoyed spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent.

Bessie is survived by her daughter, Susan (Russ) Carter of Springfield; sons, Jonathan Lorkowski, Joseph Lorkowski, Timothy Lorkowski, Thomas (Candy) Lorkowski all of Tallmadge, David Lorkowski of Stow; grandchildren, Chris, John (Yolanda), Tracy (Bob) Furtney; and 2 great grandchildren; sister, Jackie (Earl) Menefee.

Visitation will be 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, April 9, 2017 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave (on the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 10, 2017 at Our Lady of Victory Church, 73 North Ave, Tallmadge with Rev. Michael Matusz officiating. PROCESSION TO FORM AT CHURCH.

Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
