Betty L. (Wakefield) Kulesza

Betty Kulesza (Wakefield), 86, passed at her home unexpectedly on June 13, 2015.

Born in Indiana, Betty lived most of her life in the Akron area.  Betty was a nursing assistant for Cuyahoga Falls General and retired in 1992 from the State of Ohio Liquor Department.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Viola Wakefield; son, Steve Kulesza; brother, Thomas (Shirley) Wakefield and sister, Charlotte Saniga.

Betty will be deeply missed by brother, Sam Wakefield, sons, Joseph, Stan, and Sam (Leigh Conti); daughters, Christine (Joe) Lutz and Karen (Dennis) LaHurd; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Her children and grandchildren were her life.  The puzzle table will never be the same and her legacy will live on in her beautiful art work.

Visitation will be 5 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave., (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Mass of Christian Burial will be 12 noon Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Holy Family Church, 3179 Kent Rd., Stow.

Interment will take place at Tallmadge Cemetery.
