Carolyn Suzanne (Gardner) Cioffi

Carolyn Suzanne Cioffi, 83, passed away January 1, 2025.

Born in Akron, Carolyn had lived in the Akron area for most of her life. Born a nurturer, Carolyn dedicated her life to being a devoted mother and grandmother. Her family was the center of her universe, and she thrived in the role of caring for them with unwavering warmth, generosity and humor. Her home was a haven of love, where countless family gatherings, celebrations, and cherished moments took place, each one graced by her gentle spirit and joyful presence.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Esther Gardner and Jane Drexler; brothers, Charles "Chuck" Gardner, William "Bill" Gardner, and Richard "Dick" Gardner.

Carolyn is survived by Frank Cioffi; daughters, Lisa Cioffi, Maria Palcko (Tom); son, Dominic (Gina) Cioffi; grandchildren, Michael (Kaleigh), Alyssa (Ian), Frankie, Angela, Diana, and Melina; great grandchildren, Payton, Landon, Logan, Hudson, Mia, Brody and one on the way.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2025 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave., (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2025 at St. Joseph Church, 1761 2nd St., Cuyahoga Falls, with Father Jared Orndorff officiating.

Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
