Catherine Jane Pearson

Catherine Jane Pearson, 72, passed away July 3, 2017. Born in Akron, she had lived over 30 years in Tallmadge.

Catherine was self-employed at Endless Treasures and was a North High Alumni. She enjoyed family and friends the most, and also enjoyed art, angels, antiques, cooking, and baseball.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Helen Salem; sisters, Charleen Murdocco, Michelle "Pam" Bridge; brother, Patrick Sardinsky.

Catherine is survived by her husband, James; sons, Stephen Frye of Florida, Douglas (Michelle) Frye of Akron, James Pearson of Akron, Joseph Pearson of South Carolina, Jason Pearson of Cuyahoga Falls, Andy Ritch of Akron; sister, Sheila (Dave) Ciborek of Munroe Falls; grandchildren, Derek Frye, Ryan Redmond, Sarah and Rachel Frye, Spencer and Chloe Pearson; great granddaughter, Gabby; many nieces and nephews, special friends, Suzanne Stephens, Pauline Twigg and many others.

Visitation will be 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 10, 2017 at the Donovan Funeral Home (on the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the Funeral Home with Fr. Pete Colletti officiating.

Interment will be at Tallmadge Cemetery.
