Charles "Chuck" Allen

Charles Allen, 78, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on January 7, 2021. Born in Cleveland, he lived most of his life in Tallmadge and Akron area.

Chuck retired after 44 years of service in the Chemical Tire and Development Dept. as a manager with Bridgestone/Firestone. He was a member of The Chapel.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Mary Allen; granddaughter, Jessica Allen.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Donna; daughter, Amy (Rick) Donohue; sons, Jonathan (Kathy) Allen, Joel Allen; grandchildren, Justin, Megan Allen, Jordan, Peyton, Grant Donohue; sister, Barbara Henderson; brother in law, Bernie Koster; niece, Jennifer Price; nephew, Philip Cody (Kathy); closest cousin, Harry Raber (Carolyn Keller); special friends, Carole Stadler, and Celeste and Mike Donohue family.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date.

Interment will be at Tallmadge Cemetery.
