Chester Fisher

Chester Fisher, 92, passed away April 19, 2024.

Born in Jerry's Run, West Virginia, Chester had lived in the Kent area for most of his adult life.  He served in the U.S. Army in the Korea War and retired from Lamb Electric after 43 years of service.  He attended Victory Baptist Temple.  Chester enjoyed his family, hunting and farming.

He was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Bill Jordan; sister, Shirley Kay Lockard and brothers, Harold Fisher and Dee Fisher.

Chester is survived by his wife of 69 years, Ruth; daughters, Vickie (Mike) Mullaly of Suffield and Kay Jordan of Brimfield; grandchildren, Curt Mullaly and Craig (Kim) Mullaly, Dan (Mary) Jordan, and Michelle (Luke) Chilson; great grandchildren, Morgan, Cameryn, Blake, Austin, and Brody Mullaly; Zach and Liam Jordan; and Garrett Chilson.

Visitation will be 12:30 until 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2024 at Victory Baptist Temple, 4167 State Route #43, in Brimfield.

Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the church with Pastor C. W. Whetsel officiating.

Interment will be at Restland Cemetery in Brimfield.
