Constance "Connie" Marie Oakes

Constance Marie Oakes, 72, passed away September 7, 2026. Born in Akron, she lived most of her life in the Akron Area.

Constance worked in medical billing, enjoyed gardening, live music and especially caring for her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; parents, William and Mary Seaman; and sister, Kathleen Brown.

Constance is survived by her daughter Kara Yanoff; grandchildren, Chloe and Alexander; and brothers, Paul Seaman and Bill Seaman.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Inurnment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
