Darryl Duane Hill

Darryl Duane Hill, 57, passed away June 23,2018. Born in Bakersfield, CA., he lived his life in the Akron area.

Darryl was a Maintenance Supervisor at Silver Lake Towers and was a member of T.R.Y. Ministry. He loved spending time with family and with his grandchildren.

We know Darryl would specifically want all of Silver Lake Towers to know that he truly loved and cared for each and every one of you. He took great pride in the work he did and the relationships he formed. He was extremely grateful and appreciative of the opportunity that he was given there.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Frances Hill.

Darryl is survived by his wife, Glenna; daughter, Jessica (Brandon) Bracey of Akron; sisters, Debbie Johnson of Akron, Denise (Bob) Richards of Cuyahoga Falls, Doreen Hill (Michele Rhodes) of Akron, grandchildren, Cameron, Charles, Brydon; nephews, Matthew (Amanda) Hill, Cory Richards; niece, Samantha Johnson.

Visitation will be 11:00 until 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (on the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. following visitation at the funeral home. A luncheon will follow the visitation and service at Silver Lake Towers in the party room, 3077 Kent Rd, Stow OH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
