David Allen Cope

David Allen Cope, 61, born on February 25th 1961 in Akron Ohio, left our world unexpectedly on Monday October 17th 2022.

He was a joyous and jubilant character to be around and was always a loud and humorous part of any room he was in. He was exceptionally good at the many various things he enjoyed doing, such as drawing, billiards, bowling, darts, and golf. He loved sports and comedy movies and would always dance when excited and near amazing food. He spent his life being a master at painting and contracting work, and took pride in a job well done.

He leaves behind his ex-wife of 36 years, Tammy Taylor; his fiancé, Tracy Couch; daughter, Sara Cope and only grandchild, Gabriella Caddell; son, Zachary Cope; step-son, Adam Taylor; brothers, John and Sean Cope; sister, Debi Cope; as well as many nieces and nephews.

David is extremely loved by all and will be sorely missed as we navigate this life without his presence.

Friends and family are welcome to call at the Akron Bible Church located at 783 Brown Street in Akron, Ohio on Sunday November 6th at 4 PM with a memorial service to be held following calling at 6 PM. All are welcome to attend.
