David J Owen

David J. Owen, 77, passed away June 18, 2024.

Born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in California. David was a long-time Portage Lakes resident. He retired in 2013 from Instantwhip after 46 years of service, most recently as Vice-President. He was a member of Turkeyfoot Island Club and Congress Lake Club. He was an avid boater and loved participating in the Portage Lakes antique boat show.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Marjorie Owen.

David is survived by his wife, Connie; sons, Donald and Jeffrey Owen; step-children, Keith Lucas; Aimee Lucas; brother, Michael Owen; sisters, Barbara Crossan and Susan Kehoe. David is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; and many friends across the country.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future.
