Debra Jean (Barringer) Dolly

Debra Jean Dolly, 74, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2025 surrounded by her family after fighting 10 long years of kidney disease. She was born in Akron, and lived in the Akron area all of her life.

Debra enjoyed taking drives and watching Steelers Football.  She dedicated her entire life to her children and grandchildren. Debra never missed an opportunity to spend time with them.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oris and Imogene Barringer; sister, Gretchen Yaworski.

Debra is survived by her husband of 55 years, Clifford; daughter, Yalanda (Sammy) Securro; son, Anthony (Brandi) Dolly; grandchildren, Austin, Garrett, Kale, Anistyn.

Visitation will be 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 31, 2025 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave., (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral service will follow visitation at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Interment will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 2800 Corporate Exchange Dr., Columbus OH 43231.
