Debra Lynn Kelly

Debra Lynn Kelly, 60, passed away September 2, 2025, surrounded by her family at home. Born in Toledo, raised in Tallmadge, and lived most of her adult life in Portage Lakes. Debra was the owner of several restaurant and bar businesses. She loved dining out, 70s music, Corvettes, and her beloved German Shepherds and Lizzie-bit. Most of all she loved her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, George Kelly, and her Uncle Ronnie Kelly. Debra is survived by her mother, Lori "Marmie" Kelly of Tallmadge; daughter, Stephanie; granddaughter, Kaylie; sisters, Gina, Toni, and Nicole; nephews, Cory, Justin, and Joey; and a great niece, Amira; and many more family members and dear friends near and far. Visitation will be 1:00 until 4:00 p.m., Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).
