Dennis Mcgarvey

Dennis McGarvey, 71, passed away January 17, 2021. Born in Akron, he lived in the Akron and Cuyahoga Falls area most of his life.

Dennis was employed as a secretary with MRDD and was a member of Pilgrim United Church. He loved bowling and baseball.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Verda McGarvey; sisters, Rose Robinson and Bernadette "Bunny" Lewis.

Dennis is survived by his daughters, Heather Lockard, Erin McGarvey, Jennifer McGarvey; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 31, 2021 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Family will hold a private service.

Interment will be at Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
