Dianne C. (Tady) Peterson

Dianne C. (Tady) Peterson, 74, passed away October 15, 2018. Born September 17, 1944 in Rock Island, IL., she and her family have lived in Tallmadge since 1972.

Dianne retired as a Pre-school teacher for the City of Tallmadge and was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church. She was a Girl Scout Leader and involved in PTA, Mobil Meals and Interfaith. Dianne enjoyed golfing, reading, walking and traveling.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles P. and Lorene C. Tady; brother, Thomas; sister in law, Norma.

Dianne is survived by her husband, David; daughters, JoAnn Lightel of Tallmadge, Stephanie DeBerry of Akron, Peggy (Glen) Peters of Tallmadge, Ann Holmes of Cuyahoga Falls; brothers, Charles Jr., Ronald (Marcia), Steve (Anita), John (Kelly) all of Rock Island, IL., Tim (Angie) of LaVeta, CO; sister in law, Nancy of Rock Island, IL.; grandchildren, Nathan (Ivette) Davis, Brittany, Kirsten, Derek, Seth, Joey, Nicholas, Zachary and Carissa; great grandchildren, Lyla and Evan; special friends, Steve Ray, Taylor Ray and John Heatwall; numerous sisters and brothers in law, nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends in Tallmadge and Florida (including the Jerk's and Jerkette's).

Visitation will be 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (on the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Mass of Christian burial will be 9:00 a.m. Friday, October 19, 2018 at Our Lady of Victory Church, 73 North Ave, Tallmadge with Rev. Michael Matusz officiating. PROCESSION TO FORM AT THE CHURCH.

Interment will be at Tallmadge Cemetery.
