Donna M (Severo) Simmons

Donna Marie Severo Simmons, 74, passed away September 30, 2018. Born in Akron, she lived most of her life in Tallmadge.

Donna retired from Erie Island School as a Teacher and is a member of Holy Spirit Anglican Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ella Severo.

Donna is survived by her husband, Robert; daughter, Lisa Simmons of Tallmadge; sons, Robert Simmons of Bath, Kevin Simmons, Matthew (Amy) Simmons; granddaughter, Subi.

Memorial service will be at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, October 14, 2018 at the Holy Spirit Anglican Church 1446 S. Main St., Akron with Rev. Scott Souders officiating. There will be a gathering following the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, Cleveland Office, 4500 Rockside Rd #400, Independence, OH 44131 or to the Holy Spirit Anglican Church.
