Doris E. Tricaso (née Didado) peacefully passed away at the age of 87 in Green, Ohio on March 14, 2025. Born in 1937 to Joe and Ethel Didado, Doris attended Central High School. She married her beloved husband, Joe, in 1959, and together they spent 52 years in Tallmadge, Ohio, where they raised their family. During their time in Tallmadge, Doris and Joe were active members of Our Lady of Victory Church. In 2021, they moved to Green, where they joined Queen of Heaven Church.

A cherished member of a large and loud, close-knit, Italian family, Doris's life was a testament to warmth, kindness, and a deep commitment to those she loved. She was involved in the daily lives of her children and grandchildren, always offering her love and wisdom. As the youngest of eight siblings, Doris was known for her straightforwardness and her willingness to defend and support those she cared for. She loved reading, painting, playing games with her family, and enjoying trips to the casino.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Ethel Didado, as well as her siblings: Frank (Arlene) Didado, Neil (Martha) Didado, Angie (Harold) Pushee, Lou (Frank) Troha, Molly (John) Ferrise, Jenny Ferrise, and John Didado. She was also preceded in death by her "compare", Joe Cacioppo.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 66 years, Joseph Tricaso, and their children: Kathy  (Dave) Cundiff, Mary (Richard) Wright, Joe (Kathy) Tricaso, and Lisa (Dennis Jarmatcki) Robinette. Doris was a proud "Nonnie" to Bill (Lindsey) Cundiff, Dan (Jamila) Cundiff, Jon (Jessica) Cundiff, Michael Tricaso, Carina Tricaso (Blake Bogdanovich), Joe (Zion) Tricaso, Vinnie Tricaso, Katie (Troy) Shaffer, Landon Robinette, and Nicholas Robinette, and was blessed with 13 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Sam Ferrise; sister-in-law, Madeline Didado; and "comare", Isabel Cacioppo.

The Tricaso family extends heartfelt thanks to the caring staff at Greenview Senior Living Community and Buckeye Hospice Care for their exceptional attention, care, and compassion.
