Doris L James

Doris James, 90, passed away September 23, 2017.

Born in Akron, Doris had lived in the Akron/Tallmadge areas.  She was employed by Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company during World War II and was a member of First Congregational Church of Tallmadge.  Doris was an avid square dancer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert James; and brother, Harold Christner.

Doris is survived by her daughter, Sheila (Allen) Burris of Richmond, VA; son, Donald (Mineko) James of Brimfield; grandchildren, Jessica and Elliott Burris.

Services were held at the convenience of the family.
