Earl Leslie Brandt

Earl Leslie Brandt passed away on February 24, 2025.

Earl was born in 1932 in Ellsworth, PA, before moving and living most of his life in Cuyahoga Falls. He served in the United States Army before coming and working 30+ years at Chrysler, where he worked as an automation mechanic. Earl was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.   He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and enjoyed helping everyone fix things.

He was preceded by his parents, Leslie and Sophie Brandt; son, Jim Brandt; sister, Nellie Antanovich; and brothers, Jack, Ed and Bill Brandt.

Earl is survived by his wife of 70 years, Patricia; daughters, Michelle McCutcheon, and Barbara (Greg) Brown; daughter-in-law Sharon Brandt; grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Deseree, Lindsay, Katie, John, and Alyssa; 15 great grandchildren, a great great granddaughter, many nieces and nephews; and best friend, Denver Harper. Visitation will be Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 10:00 – 11:30 am at Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave, Tallmadge, OH.

Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 pm at St. Eugene Catholic Church, 1821 Munroe Falls Ave., Cuyahoga Falls with Father Pete Coletti officiating.

A military honors service will follow mass.
