Ella E. Gibson

Ella E. Gibson, 89, passed away May 15, 2021.

Born in Akron, Ella had lived her life in the Tallmadge area.  She retired in 1986 from Summit County Clerk of Courts with over ten years of service.  Ella was a member of the Church of The Nazarene, where she was very active.  She was past president of the Louise Sumner Board.

Ella is survived by her husband, Richard; daughter, Susan E. (David) Goss of Tallmadge; sons, Samuel R. (Cyndi) Gibson of Arizona, Jeffrey D. (Debbie) Gibson of Kentucky, Stephen C. (Dana) Gibson of Tallmadge, and John D. (Angie) Gibson of Oregon; 13 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 4 until 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral Service to be 11 a.m. Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Fishcreek Church of the Nazarene, 4669 Fishcreek Rd., Stow with Pastor Abe Williams officiating.

Interment will be at Hillside Memorial Park.
