Elois J (Bishop) Kapity

Elois Kapity, 93, passed away August 1, 2024. Born in Tiffin, she had lived in the Tallmadge and Akron area.

Elois was a member of Northeast Neighbors Garden Club and OES Billow Chapter #87.  She enjoyed game shows, knitting and crocheting and crafting. Elois loved to travel, especially to Canada with family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael; parents, Harry and Grace Bishop; three sisters and three brothers.

Elois is survived by her son, Gene (LuAnn) Kapity; daughter, Elaine Lentz; grandchildren, Valerie Kimberly, Steven Lentz and David (Nicole), Kevin (Alexis), and Kristin, Kapity; great grandchildren, Kamdyn, Kayleigh and Roger; and several nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be 11:00 until 12:00 p.m.  Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Doug Johnson officiating.

Interment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
