Eva M (Rogers) Balogh

Eva M. Balogh, 93, passed away January 22, 2016.

Born in Wood Co., West Virginia, she lived most of her life in the Akron area.

Eva was a nurses' aid at Country Place in Cuyahoga Falls retiring in 1988 with over 10 years of service. She was a member of VFW Post 3383 Women's Auxiliary and enjoyed singing, bowling, dancing and roller skating.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Sophia Rogers; Husband, John; and daughter in law, Trudy Anderson.

Eva is survived by her daughter, Susan (Ken) Warren of Akron; son, Donald Anderson of Akron; step son, Robert (Christa) Balogh of Texas; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.

Calling hours will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
