Evelyn R. Garrison

Our mother, Evelyn R. Sankey Garrison, 95, passed on to her reward May 13, 2016.

Born in New Castle, PA, to Ada and Russell Kyser, Evelyn lived most of her life in the Akron area.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, William Sankey and Homer Garrison; sister, Elsie Mae; grandson, Patrick; and granddaughter, Donna Marie.

Evelyn will be dearly missed by her daughters, Mary L. (Robert) Brown of Tallmadge, Cynthia Capaul of Copley; son, John (Judy) Sankey of Radford, VA; brother, Allen C. (Joan) Kyser of Kent; grandchildren; Michael Brown, Dennis (Kathy) Brown, Gary Sankey, Terry Sankey, Kelly (David) Bannister, William (Ellen) Anderson, and Julie (Mike) Magons; 18 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.

There will be no calling hours per Evelyn's request. A private family interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
