Evelyn Grant

Evelyn M. Grant, 87, passed away April 6, 2016. Born in Salem, Ohio, she lived in the Akron area most of her life, spending the last seven years in Canton.

Evelyn worked 15 years at Bridenthal Ford in Greensburg and retired after 5 years of service with the O'Neil's Department Store. She was a member of the Church of the Master, Ada circle, Garden Club and a Den Mother for the Cub Scouts.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph W. Grant; son, James; and sister, Ann Baker.

Evelyn is survived by sons, Jack (Samela) Grant of Canal Fulton, Dale (Deborah) Grant of Massillon; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be private.

Interment will be held at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
