Fred Andrew Nelson

Fred Andrew Nelson, 88, passed away August 9, 2018. Born in Akron, he had lived most of his life in Tallmadge.

Fred served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Akron Baptist Temple. He retired in 1991 from Goodyear as a Supervisor with 43 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Edna Nelson.

Fred is survived by his wife, Clarabelle; son, David of Tallmadge.

Visitation will be 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Donovan Bagnoli Funeral Home, 339 Southwest Ave., Tallmadge.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 13, 2018 at Donovan Bagnoli Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Knight officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Crossroad Hospice in Green, 3743 Boettler Oaks Dr. Ste. E, Uniontown, Oh 44685.

Interment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery.
