Fred A. Viall

Fred A. Viall, 87, of Tallmadge passed away December 15, 2024.

Born June 1, 1937 in Akron Fred had lived in the Tallmadge area since 1969.  He served in the U.S. Air Force and was retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. after 30 years of service.  Fred was a member of Tallmadge United Methodist Church, Goodyear Band, Summit Sportsman, Big Brothers and Sisters, and Akron #83 Masonic Lodge.  He was an avid fisherman and Mogadore football fan.

Fred is survived by his loving wife, Karen; daughters, Lisa McKenna and Mary (Troy) Simone; grandsons, Mason Sims, Max and Jake Simone; and sister, Marjorie (Ken) Kreiner.

Memorial Service will be 4 p.m. Friday, December 20, 2024 at Tallmadge United Methodist Church, 207 N. Munroe Rd., Tallmadge with Rev. Scott Low officiating.
