Georgiann Zampino passed away December 25, 2023.  She was born July 2, 1939 in Akron to the late Paschale and Ann Carlo.  Georgiann was preceded in death by her sister,Kathleen Kedra and her husband of 55 years, Joseph A. Zampino.  She is survived by many nieces and nephews.  Georgiann was employed by Bellows-Valvair Company for 8 years and did volunteer work at St. Thomas Hospital for 10 years.  She was a very quite and gentle person.  She found good in everyone and took great pride in her home and yard.   Funeral Services will be at 11 am Friday January 12, 2024 at Hennessy Funeral Home (corner of York and Main) 552 N. Main St. Akron.  Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.  Friends will be received one our prior to the Service.
