Glenn H Harvey

Glenn H. Harvey, 77, passed away January 25, 2017. He was born in Akron, he lived most of his life in the Tallmadge area.

Glenn worked in the Mill Room with General Tire for 25 years and retired from Owens Corning with 15 years of service. He was a member of New Horizons Christian Church. Glenn loved spending time with his family, competing in the Cowboy Action Shooting and enjoyed gardening.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Beulah Harvey; daughter, Debbie Harvey.

Glenn is survived by his wife, Sandra Harvey; son, John (Donna) Harvey; daughter, Denise (John) Clark; grandchildren, Kristi Harvey (Bill), Joe Harvey (Kelly), Kalli Harvey, Kate Smith (Clint), Brian Clark, Sarah Clark (Patrick), Andrew Clark; great grandchildren, Kirsten Harvey, Ashley Harvey, Julia Harvey, Harper Smith.

Visitation will be 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 30,2017 at the New Horizons Christian Church 290 Darrow Road, Akron.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. at the church with Pastor Jim Bane officiating.

Interment will be at Hillside Memorial Park.
