Gregory Alan Ferrell, Sr.

Gregory Alan Ferrell, Sr. 70, passed away June 25, 2017.

Born in Akron, Gregory had lived in the Akron area for most of his life.  He retired in 2008 from Wonder Bread/Hostess Cakes.  He Enjoyed working on lawn mowers.

Gregory is survived by his wife, Karen; daughters, Melissa (Ron Folds) Ferrell of Hartville, Brenda Engelhart of Akron, and Christine Ferrell of Cuyahoga Falls; son, Richard (Laure) Engelhart of Akron, David (Diana) Ferrell of Tallmadge, and Gregory Ferrell, Jr., of Akron; grandchildren, Terrel, Telissa, Jessica, Jeris, Bryant, Brandon, Jennifer, Dustin, Rhian, Rhynell, and Seth; great grandchildren, Braelyn, Gabriella, Kauriel, Aaliyah, Aarabella, Camilla, MiCailee; and brothers, Richard W. (Rebecca) Ferrell of Fairlawn and Robert (Joyce) Ferrell of San Clemente, CA.

Visitation will be 4 until 8 p.m. Thursday, June 29, 2017 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, June 30, 2017 at the funeral home.
