Gregory Adam Lawrentz, 30, passed on from this world on October 26, 2014. He was born in Akron and lived his life in Cuyahoga Falls and Mogadore.

Our Greg was a wonderful person and was always there when you needed him.  He was a very loving father to Mia and Adam and a loving son to his parents.  His brothers were his best friends.  He adored his sister Heather.  Greg was all about his family.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jack Lawrentz.  Greg is survived by his children, Mia and Adam; fiancé, Tara Windholz; mother, Susan; father, Mark (Becky); brothers, Don (Lindsay), Chris, and Eric (Dani); sister, Heather; grandparents, Terry and Pat Hennessy, and Leah Musarra-Lawrentz; nieces, Aizlee, Meadow, Loralie, Jocelyn, Austyn, Gigi, and Mya; Jessica Burgess, mother of Mia and Adam; aunts, uncles, cousins and so many friends.  He will be sadly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 am, Tuesday, Nov. 4th, at St. Matthew Church, 2580 Berne St. Akron, OH.  Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Mogadore.  Friends will be received from 2 to 8 pm, Monday, Nov. 3rd, at Hennessy Funeral Home (corner of York and Main), 552 N. Main St., Akron.
