Howard L. Counts
December 30, 1933 — February 9, 2016
Howard L. Counts, 82, passed away February 9, 2016. Born in Rock, Kansas, he lived in Akron area since 1983.
Howard served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and retired in 2014 as a Field Supervisor with Haliburton. He was a member of the Grace Cathedral of Akron where he was a counselor on the Prayer Line.
He is survived by his wife, Janet.
Visitation will be 9:30 until 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Grace Cathedral of Akron, 1055 Canton Road, Akron, Ohio.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Grace Cathedral of Akron with Rev. Steve Millar officiating.
Private interment will be at Hillside Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Bibles for Missions, 2700 State Road, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44223.
