Jacqueline (Schuck) Gillis

Jacqueline Faye Schuck Gillis, 88, passed away April 29, 2018 . Born in Uniontown, grew up in Randolph and she had lived in Tallmadge since 1993.

Jacqueline enjoyed book clubs, bridge, water aerobics, traveling, and sewing. Her greatest joy was her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mary Schuck; brother Rich and his wife Pat.

Jacqueline is survived by her husband of 69 years, Norman; daughters, Dianne (John) McCormick of Rootstown, Deb (Ted) Passig of Pawleys Island, SC; sons, Butch (Mandy) Gillis of Tallmadge, Doug (Linda) Gillis of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, Brea Jennings, Anderson Gillis, Hannah Gillis, Sam Passig; great grandchildren, Chloe Gillis, Austin Gillis, Chance Gillis, Knox Gillis, Rylee Jennings, Mason Jennings; sister, Ruth (Jerry) Sawyer of Brimfield; brothers, Dan (Bonnie) Schuck of Randolph, Ron (Joyce) Schuck of Kentucky, John Schuck of Suffield; and many supportive and caring nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 10:00 until 12:00 p.m., Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (on the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral service will be immediately following  at Donovan Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Case officiating.

Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Mogadore following the service
