James H Hanson

James H. Hanson, Jr. passed away December 19, 2015.  Born in Akron, Jim lived all his life in the area. He retired after 30 years in the advertising business. He was a member of the South Akron Oriels where he served as treasurer for many years.

Jim is survived by his wife, Lisa; daughter, Elizabeth Garrett; Step daughter, Desirae Garrett; step sons, Dennis Garrett and Damond (Tarice) Garrett; sisters, Carolyn (Donald) Thomson of Stow, Peg Esposito of Cuyahoga Falls, Betty Justice of Florida; brother, Wallace (Candace) Hanson of Akron; and 6 grandchildren.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.
