James L Nestich

James L. Nestich, 70, passed away July 28, 2016.

Born in Akron, James had lived in Randolph/Ravenna since 1976.  He retired in 2000 from Union Local #109 with 30 years of service. He worked maintenance for 11 years with Paradise Lake Golf Course. James was a member of St. Peter of The Fields Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Marie Nestich, and brother Frank.

James is survived by his wife, Janet; daughter, Traci (Ed) Bixler; son, Frank J. (Suzi) Nestich; grandchildren, Adam, Kyle, James and Re'ana; sisters, Barbara (Mike) Haws and Dorothy (Milton) Malueg; brother, Dennis (Veronica) Nestich, and several special nieces and nephews.

Calling Hours for Friends and family will be 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 4, 2016 at St. Peter of the Fields Church 3487 Old Forge Rd., Rootstown. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the Memorial Mass at the church and lunch will be served in the church hall following the Mass.

Memorial Mass will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 5, 2016 at St. Peter of The Fields Catholic Church, with Father David, M. Misbrener officiating.
