James L. Parianos

James L. Parianos, 82, passed away November 16, 2021. He was a life long resident of Akron.

Jim served in the U.S. Coast Guard and retired as a machinist from Akron Standard. He was a member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. Jim also was a member of the Icarian Club, FOP #6, and the Fraternal Order of Moose Lodge #52.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy; parents, Lucas and Helen Parianos; brother, Alex Parianos.

Jim is survived by his sons, Steven (Patricia) Parianos, Mark (Tiffinie) Parianos both of Silver Lake; grandchildren, Jacob, Joseph, Ariana and Alexander Parianos.

Visitation will be 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 22, 2021 at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 129 S. Union, Akron.

Mass of Christian burial will follow the visitation at 1:00 p.m. at the church with Fr. Jerry Hall officiating.

Interment will be at Glendale Cemetery.
