Janet "Jan" Worrell, 73 of Akron Oh, passed away on April 25, 2024. A native of Akron Ohio, she was born June 16, 1950 to Alvin and Bernadine Ormsby.

She was retired from banking with over 20 yeas of service having held different positions throughout the years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Worrell, a U.S. Army Veteran having served a tour in Vietnam. She is survived by sons Michael Ormsby, William Ormsby, Nick Fearer and wife Maura as well as well her brother Greg (Kay) Ormsby and many extended family and loved friends. Her grandchildren are what gave her energy and life, always bringing a smile at the sight of their faces even in her final days. Jan leaves behind grandchildren Jonathan, Joshua, Marissa and Tristan, Garrett, Brynn and Zoey, Dustin, Hallie and Tiana.
