He is survived by his wife, Bethany; daughter, Brooke Prather; sons,, Gage Prather, Jason Prather, Jr., Quentin; step son, Tyler Docy; parents, Jesse Prather and Utauna Alexoff and three brothers.
Private services were held at the convenience of the family.
