Jeanne Marie (Stefan) Hengle

Jeanne Marie Hengle passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at the age of 68.

She was born and raised in Akron, Ohio attending St. John's Grade School and St. Mary's High School.

Jeanne worked at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for 12 years, where she met her husband Robert and they spent 42 happy years together.  She loved quilting, knitting hats for babys at Children's Hospital, antiquing, and shopping at Thrift Stores with her sister in law, Brenda.  She especially loved the annual fishing trips to Canada with Joe and Barb Funk, which we were fortunate to do for 39 years.  Jeanne also loved her outings with the Red Hat Ladies with Grace and The Red Hat Flashes.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Theresa Stefan, and her brother in law and sister in law, John and Jean Wesig.

Jeanne is survived and missed by her husband Robert; brothers, Frank (Brenda), John (Trish), Bob (Sue), Don (Maureen); mother in law, Mary Hengle; brothers in law, George (Helen) Hengle and Father John Hengle; sister in law, Joan (Jake) Jacobs, and numerous nephews, nieces, grand nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be 5 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

Funeral Services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at the funeral home.
