Jeffery Daniel Mcamis

Jeffery Daniel McAmis, 63, passed away on July 31, 2025.

Jeffery was born in Akron and lived in the Tallmadge for most of his life.  He worked for the City of Tallmadge in cemetery lawn care.   Jeffery played center position on the Tallmadge Jr. High football team and enjoyed riding his motorcycle on the woods trails.

He was preceded in death by his father, Drexal; and sister, Diana McAmis.

Jeffery is survived by his mother, Kay; brother, Michael (Heather) McAmis; his aunts and uncles; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday August 12, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. Tallmadge, OH.

Funeral service will follow at 12:30 p.m. with Pastor Chris Laws officiating.

Interment will be at Tallmadge Cemetery.
