Jerry Lynn Morris "Pops"

Jerry L. Morris "Pops", 64, passed away July 21, 2023. Born in Richwood, WV, he lived most of his life in the Uniontown and Akron area. Jerry owned his own business, Morris Construction, where he worked as a general contractor for over 25 years. He loved hunting, fishing, cars, and counting his money.

Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, O.D. Morris and Barbara Crites; and brother, Freeman Crites.

He is survived by his children, Jeremy (Jamie) Morris and Nicole Morris; stepchildren, Jacob and Jesse Jordan; seven grandchildren; brothers, Colin Crites and Jeff Mayberry; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday July 28, 2023 from 4 until 7 p.m. at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. Tallmadge, OH.

Private interment will be held at a later date
