Joan (Toth) Daugherty

Joan Daughety passed away on October 6, 2025 at the age of 91. She was born On March 5, 1934 in Akron, Ohio to Joseph and Ann Bator.

Joan enjoyed baking and making candy. She was known for her "peanut butter fudge". She also attended the East Market St. Church.

In addition to her parents, Joan is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Daughety: brothers, Robert Toth and Timothy Fessler and granddaughter, Kristina.

Joan is survived by her two children, Jason (Valaree) Jones and Ken (Mari) Daugherty; grandchildren, Jacob and Jonathan Jones, Doc (Kylie) Daugherty, Zack (Kristy) Daugherty, Michael and Angela Carano; sister, Carol Morris; many nieces and great grandchildren.

Per Joan's wishes, cremation has taken place and services will be a held at a later date.
